2 day Intensive Yoga Practice in the Sanctuary
23rd - 24th March & 30-31st March
09.30 – 12.00: The Art of the body postures; Asana practice

A great variety of the Asanas will be explored in depth with the classical method of holding the postures static as well as with the art of flowing movements such as Vinyasa Flow, which is a breath synchronized movement.
During this session you will learn various Asanas of forward bends, backbends, twists, standing, sitting and inverted postures. You can deepen your understanding of how to perform the Asanas, focusing on the proper alignment and adjustment so that you can have a deeper experience of their impacts on your physical, emotional and mental state.

12.00 – 13.00 Pranayama (breathing techniques)
In the Pranayama sessions we will explore the breath and we will work with Prana, the Energy Flow.

13.00 – 14.00 Nada yoga (working with Sounds and Inner Vibrations)
Visualization and Meditation

14.00 – 15.00 Lunch
(Lunch (70 Peso), or a fresh smoothie (35 Peso) can be ordered from Sanctuary)

15.00 – 16.00 Yoga Nidra the „Cosmic or Yogic Sleep”.
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, emotional and mental relaxation.

16.00 – 17.00 Stretching class. The body is more flexible in the afternoon so we can work on stretching the muscles in a joyful and safe way.

17.00 – 17.30 Mantra class (Singing some mantras and bhajans (devotional songs)
17.30 – 18.30 Sound bath with Tibetan Bowls and different native instruments from all around the world.
The sound bath is for individuals or for a group of people, where people can lie down and relax while entering into the sound journey.

Csilla Juhasz, Certified Yoga Instructor
Csilla is a world wide yoga instructor and sound therapist, currently teaching in Hungary, Norway and Mexico.
She completed her 1500 hr (6 months) residential Yoga Teacher Training course from the International Center for Yoga Education and Research (Ananda Ashram) in Pondicherry, India, where she was taught the Traditional Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga in the the ancient Guru Kula system (the „womb” of the Guru).
(The Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga is the blending of the two major ancient traditions of India: the North Bangal Tantric Tradition and the South Indian Saiva Siddhanta Tradition. These traditions are the few remaining traditions in India, which have been existing for thousands of years).
Later, she continued her studies in Varanasi and Rishikesh, India and obtained another 250 hrs of training in Advanced Yoga along with a 200 hrs training in Ashtanga Yoga. She also completed an Massage and Panchakarma Therapy training in Kerala, India and continues her studies in nutrition, cleansing as well as health and wellness.
Csilla brings a balanced approach to her classes by incorporating the traditional teachings of Yoga and the modern branches of Hatha Yoga such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga together with Nada Yoga (sound/vibration meditation), pranayama, mantras and meditation.
Her classes are tailored for the individual needs, focusing on the proper alignment and adjustment.
