Volunteer Update from Christian

"filled with gratitude"

So I have been at the Sanctuary for about two and a half months, but it feels like an absolutely lifetime. So I have been at the Sanctuary for about two and a half months, but it feels like an absolute lifetime.

I have seen volunteers come and go, participated in a 21 day Master Mineral Solution (MMS) cleanse, undertaken a 200 hour yoga teacher training course, facilitated a 7 day self empowerment retreat, a sweat lodge, numerous daily meditations, religiously attended daily yoga sessions, attended over twenty evening experiential workshops and five dynamic breath workshops.

Upon reflecting on these activities it's not surprising why it feels like a lifetime. When I feel this out even further I compare it my former corporate life where I was spending 50 hours a week as a drone camped out behind a computer. If I ever wanted to participate in the activities that I have been able to do at the Sanctuary during this former life, it would probably have taken me at least a year to two years.

So my sharing is, that my time at the Sanctuary has allowed me to really explore my passions, learn skills that will help me in the future and participate in activities that let me further discover who I really am and what I want to do with my life.

I am filled with gratitude to the Universe that I have been able to manifest this experience and look forward to its continuation up until my departure in November.

What happens after?
by: Drew

Hi Christian,

It is great to hear that you had such a productive and constructive time at The Sanctuary. Now that you have left, how has it changed your life and daily routine? Are there things that you do or think about in a different way?

I really liked reading about your time there and made me excited about the possibility of volunteering myself.

More questions :)
by: Danielle

Hi Christian, :)

Great to hear your update. It's so inspiring to read about people's experiences at the Sanctuary.

May I ask what are some of the skills you have learnt at the Sanctuary and how do you intend put them to use in the future?

Enjoy the rest of your stay! And it would be great to hear about how you continue on after you leave the Sanctuary.

A few questions
by: Kait

Hey Christian,

Great to read your updates, may cross paths if I can arrive soon, if you don't mind me asking, did you complete the yoga teacher training at The Sanctuary? How has it been living and working with other volunteers and guests?

All sounds great good luck with the rest of your time
