I love making delicious vegan and raw food dishes!!! I also love giving workshops and sharing my recipe and passion with people!
Here is one of my delicious easy and healthy recipe ideas:
Green Smoothie (Banana or Mango Based)
4 kale leaves (or any leafy greens), stems removed
1 cup cucumber
1-2 mango cheeks (frozen)
2 dates, seeds removed
6 mint leaves
1 tsp spirulina or green protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Blend all these in a blender and have a great delicious and fresh breakfast to keep you energised for the rest of the day!!!
