Group Breathwork Sessions

Breathwork sessions are a complete self- healing system using conscious breath to facilitate improved well-being, inner peace and greater joy in life.  At The Sanctuary we offer recorded audio guided breath sessions in a group.  These sessions, facilitated by one of The Sanctuary team, not only help to oxygenate the body and therefore help to heal physical disease, but can be transformational on other levels.

We currently use either an audio recording The Breath Wave Experience, by Robin Clements who trained with Judith Kravitz, or another by Ashanna Solaris

Our Breathwork Sessions usually last for 75 - 90 minutes including sharing about our experience afterwards in a heart circle. 


Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning at 9.30 am

Personally Guided Mystic Breathwork

For some people, the days or times above are not convenient, and/or they feel more comfortable to be able to fully let go in a personally guided 2 hour private session with an experienced facilitator.
