What is Kriya Yoga?
Kriya Yoga is a master technique, a sadhana. It is the most evolved self-development practice of yogic training available today. It is an ancient, scientific and time-tested means to harmonise naturally-occurring energies within the human framework so that they resonate with the more subtle underlying energies.
