Zen Shiatsu Therapy Training
20-22nd of April 2015

We are delighted to offer this training with Noa Deva from France.

Zen Shiatsu Therapy is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a dynamic clothed treatment, originating in Japan, which uses the power of touch, acupressure, joint rotations and gentle stretching techniques to balance the body's energy system.

Acupressure points are specific locations along the meridians where the flow of qi gathers. Pressure applied to specific points help balance the body and the mind.

Zen Shiatsu is a holistic therapy which harmonizes body, mind and soul. Zen refers to the spiritual aspect of working in a total state of focused awareness and concentration, restoring the experience of oneness between the microcosm of the body and the Macrocosm.
